For companionship and support while I learn to go deeper into my meditation practice and appreciation of nature. I'm excited about learning how to combine the two.
I learn best by experiential exercises and by sharing with others.
I've always felt soothed and recharged by time spent in nature, as well as through meditation and yoga. They've always been a great antidote to time spent in my typical analytical, left-brained work (I'm an editor and web content developer).
Margaret's "Mindfulness in Nature" retreat in June was outstanding! Her hikes are great, but her passions really shine in the longer format of a retreat.
