About the speakers:

Rebecca Rachmany has been writing business plans, executive summaries and marketing collateral for high-tech companies in Israel for over 15 years, serving hundreds of companies. She has held senior marketing positions in companies such as Verint, Telrad and Promisec as well as a number of startups. For the last 2 years she has served as an expert/partner at the Microsoft Ventures Accelerator. Her own startup, Gangly Sister, was founded in 2013 and seeks to inspire a million girls to join the fields of technology and entrepreneurship. She holds a BA from Rutgers College and an MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati Executive MBA program, and has done extensive studies in productivity, team communications, and results-oriented coaching.

Yaniv Navot is a search marketing and web analytics expert and a conversion optimization enthusiast. Yaniv is the performance marketing manager at Dynamic Yield, an automatic conversion optimization solution offering real-time audience personalization and predictive A/B testing solution, with the goal of maximizing revenues and visitor satisfaction for online retailers, marketers and website owners.

Yael Kochman has 12 years experience in marketing, sales and business development. She was the COO at Dialect where she led the sales & marketing strategy for various companies. After leading her own startup, she has joined the Roojoom team as Head of Marketing & Community. Yael is also a writer and speaker focusing on marketing and entrepreneurship. Her latest articles were featured in FastCompany, SteamFeed and Women2.0. Yael also organizes entrepreneurship events and provides consulting services to startups.
