It's been a long time since we had a CS Seattle book club, so as we revive the idea, we're going to discuss two different books.
We don't have a date or a venue selected yet, but we want to give you plenty of time to read — we're aiming to have this get-together in March.
Sara Wachter-Boettcher's Content Everywhere: "This book will help you stop creating fixed, single-purpose content and start making it more future-ready, flexible, and reusable." (NOTE: use the code SWB and save 25% when you order directly from Rosenfeld's site.)
Karen McGrane's Content Strategy for Mobile: "Karen McGrane will teach you everything you need to get your content onto mobile devices (and more)."
We can compare, contrast, explore, exalt, investigate, be skeptical of, and otherwise hash through two great books about where content is going, physically, digitally, and temporally.
NOTE: Please read the books ahead of time! It makes discussion much more fruitful.
