Because we are passionate about helping you get results, we have put together a new program to get you in shape for the summer!
This FREE boot camp will last 4 weeks and be held two nights a week, Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm. The workout will last an hour. Please plan on attending both nights and arrive 10 minutes early. We will start on time and you don't want to miss the warm up.

If it's your first time at our club, you will receive a free post workout recovery drink.
At the end of the four weeks, we will do another free fitness evaluation to measure you results and to celebrate!
