I love Contra dancing, but can't stop the dizziness when twirling around. I know about looking at your partner if that is what your going to suggest, but that doesn't seem to help me..Any suggestions?

HI Sheila, I had the same problem. I'm now using Sea Bands, which you can buy at Target for about $8. You wear them on each wrist and they work using accupressure. It really works!

When I started dancing, it took me three weeks (3 nights) of dancing before it started getting better.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
