Everybody says they want to change, but how many actually do it? How many of your New Years resolutions did you keep?!?

The process of change is actually very well defined and predictable by both the hard and soft sciences. So why does it appear to run amok in actual human application?!?

What is the key to mastering this process? How can you harness it's energy to make your life better?

Last month laid out the groundwork, this month we get into the first step of the process more in depth. What is required for you to start this process, or recognize and adapt to the process when it is initiated by means outside your planing?

Lets get together and chat about the process and how it plays out in human behavior. What are common blocks, barriers and boosters to this process?

On-line resources will be available to help us move this conversation along. Contemplation beforehand will yield a more focused and lively discussion when we get together. Access to on-line content will be emailed out to all RSVP's 2 weeks before the MeetUp.

  • Food - Starbuck's and a grocery/deli in Atrium. Numerous take outs places on the surrounding block.
