We are a very social group of runners of varying abilities.We have 2 runs each week, plus a monthly drinks / food event after the Monday night run.
We aim to have different pace groups varying from 4:30min/km to 6min/km.
As a guide, you should be comfortable running 10km flat in under an hour.
As these routes are straight line, you can turn back for Coogee whenever it suits you, however, you may be running back alone.
Monday evening 7pm run:Our run varies from 8-10kms depending on the chosen route. We are normally back to the Pavillion by 8.15pm.
Coogee – Bronte return – 8km
Coogee – Marks Park return – 10km
Coogee - Maroubra return (via the Coogee Stairs) - 8km
Wednesday morning 6.30am run:Gentle run to the Coogee Stairs in South Coogee. We do two laps of the stairs, followed by a 1km recover run, then the final lap of the stairs. You can run or walk the stairs and do as many laps as you fancy. Then we run back to the Pavillion by 7.15am. Length is about 5km.
