I started cooking in about 3rd grade...to earn my Girl Scout cooking badge. I remember what I made...pork chops. My mother chose it. I always hated pork chops, but at least it was the catalyst for a life long love of cooking.
Some gluten-free and/or dairy free versions of classics. Healthy veggie dishes, too.
Cocktail making...especially with unique flavors like basil and other herbs. Easy cheese making. Made ricotta last week, for the first time, and it was aaaamazing and oh so easy!
