seeing my grandma make awesome chinese dishes without ever using a measuring device! how is that done? a dash here, a pinch there. thats why I don't seem to ever replicate her dishes in the US! can someone share the secret with me? =)
chili! mac n cheese! unique mashed potatoes! steak! bread! pot roast!
just being more efficient in the kitchen. I take too long to chop, wash, prep, etc. I also am terrible at gauging when something is undercooked/cooked/overcooked. Love to learn some tips there as well!
