sitting around the table with all the men in the family drinking black coffee, at the ripe old age of 12, discussing characteristics and techniques for the best smoked brisket and BBQ sauce. they were all very experienced pit masters.
I'll cook anything. I'm fearless in the kitchen :)
I've been on a primal/paleo kick for a few years and I'm always looking for new ways to work with very basic, fresh and raw ingredients.
