I would be interested in helping to organize a Moroccan cooking event.
porcini mushroom gnocchi, all day.... I started with the dried porcinis and ground them to a fine powder, then mixed the dust into the potato mixture... Challenging to keep them light and fluffy...
French 1st, Moroccan and then Indian...

Great group, Joe is a great organizer, the members I cooked with were very knowledgeable about food and cooking. Very enjoyable and friendly.
