It feels good meeting people with whom I can truly share my passion for food, speak about tricky recipes, exchange good restaurant's names and fine food stores' addresses, cook for hours and enjoy amazing dinners and wines.
I love to cook and share delicious meals with genuine foodies. I can bring recipes, help with grocery shopping, give a few suggestions for the wine selection and, of course, cook!
Confit of eggplant with lentils, garlic purée and radish salad. It was a complex dish. It took me a few hours.
French food: quiche, vol au vent, onion soup, ratatouille, Nicoise salade, goat cheese salad, gratin Dauphinois, zucchini gratin, apple tarte, chocolate fondant, clafouti, creme brulée...
