Some good recipes, good friends, and good food.
I used to be the Head Chef at a resort and catered weddings. I now enjoy cooking gourmet food for friends and family.
Exotic worldly cuisine. I think I would like to experiment with bugs and brains;o) I kid of course. I am always looking for new ways of doing things and trying different twists on some old staples, or finding short cuts. That being said I would be up anything.
Pickled beets, oh wait, I think that is about the only thing I won't eat. But no allergies.
Nothing better than preparing gourmet meal. Listen as they taste that first bite. You know immediately, the mmm's tell if you are successful. I enjoy making people happy with my food. Ok I like to eat good food too. If I can get new recipes win win.
