As always, we will have fun preparing a gourmet dinner from scratch with organic produces in a lively and friendly atmosphere, and then we will sit down around an elegant table and savor it with a glass of wine and much laugh and delights!

    The company of dedicated cooks working together in such a congenial and beautiful atmosphere is not to be missed. Martine is a wonderful instructor. The unusual mixing of apples, pears and pumpkin with chocolate ice cream was inspired. I think even the compote of fruit with pumpkin would have been wonderful by itself. I was amazed at the versatility of pumpkin and will be more creative with this Thanksgiving squash from now on. Thanks Martine for thinking out of the box.

    Don't worry, turkey was introduced to French tables only very recently!
    French don't have a special celebration until Christmas, and even then there is no typical meal except the "bûche de Noel" for dessert, and the rest of the meal is always festive and delicious!
