I am intrigued by food and its preparation, and so am in constant search for new tastes, techniques and toys (pots, pans, gadgets, etc.) to nourish what has become an unquenchable thirst/hunger for more.
About 7-8? I've been cooking (and baking) for most of my life and have completed a professional chef's course. Although I've done some catering for friends, family and charitable events, cooking is more of a hobby that I truly enjoy.
Everything! Although I prefer Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Filipino, Indian, Singaporean, Korean, etc.) and Italian cuisine, I love trying out new things and have cooked American, Mexican, Spanish, Greek, Middle Eastern, French, and many other dishes.
