Join CoolTan Arts’ highly knowledgeable and passionate Karen Unrue for an informative and accessible look at why anyone can suffer panic attacks, what you can do to help prevent them, and what to do when they do happen. Even if you have come to this session before, Karen always introduces something new to the subject, and you might pick up something you missed last time too!
About Karen Unrue:
Karen has been a self-esteem mentor for 10 years, three years with the East Berkshire branch of Mind, working on a one to one basis, then with Umbrella giving staff training. For the last three years, she has been with CoolTan Arts, delivering self-development training including sessions such as “How to improve your self-esteem”. Karen speaks out of her own life experience, having survived an abusive marriage and rebuilt her own self-esteem. She also provides anecdotal evidence from the many clients whom she has helped to develop their self-esteem, and better enjoy the lives they live. Karen delivers her workshop with a depth of knowledge and experience on the subject. Her style is informal and shot through with humour, and she welcomes questions and encourages discussion.
