The questions I have are around "founder exit" and what organisational lifecycles look like for coops.
After 19 years of research I now have a system for establishing the prerequisite literacies essential for flourishing cooperation. They are designed to enable individuals, groups and 'groups of groups' to be the interdependent best they can be possibly be, with the mutualised whole many magnitudes greater than the sum of their parts. Oh and fun, if its not fun we must return to first principles.
I love coops more than any other structure. I am here to support coops to flourish in mutuality by incorporating the best of startup practices and organisational learning so as to establish cultures co-innovation, diversity and adaptability.
