Hi everyone,

As I indicated a few months ago, when the meetup dues come up for renewal on November 2, 2011, I will not renew and I will be stepping down as organizer of this group.   I am simply too busy to organize the group although if the group continues, I will try and get to as many meetups as I can but with a career and family and busy kids, it can be hard.   I know that Barbara, the assistant organizer, does not have time to take this over either.  I think it would be shame to not continue this group so if someone is interested, let me know.  The person would have to pay the dues but then I would suggest they charge members.  This is what the Corgi group in Washington state does as does the group out of San Francisco.  I don't have the time or energy to figure out how to do that.  The dues are about $72.00 every 6 months.   If no one steps forward, the group will fold.
