Hi and welcome to Corona FitClub!!!
Our FitClub is for any BODY! Whether you are looking to get toned up and in shape for summer or interested in losing weight...Corona FitClub is for you!
We are excited to meet new people and make new friends! We want YOU! There are people of all ages that workout with us! The leaders of FitClub will help you through any exercise and all of our FitClubbers are friendly and highly motivating as well! You will be super happy you joined us in our workouts!
We welcome people of all backgrounds: those who simply want a lifestyle change, to people who want to change their weight, or athletes who want to improve their agility, strength and endurance. Most importantly, we are looking for people who want to have FUN, enjoy exercising and like meeting new people.
The Corona FitClub workout includes body weight exercises and cardio. Some days we will work on weight and resistance training (all equipment provided). There are always modifications that can be raised or lowered to meet your health goal needs. We are open to ideas and will provide any type of workout for any type of need!

ABSOLUTELY NO FEES!!! This is a FREE workout! Just bring your workout gear, a water bottle, towel or yoga mat. Also, bring $3 for a post-workout recovery shake (optional) and if you don't have a shaker cup, its an additional $3. Any friends or guests are certainly welcome to join as well!
