The Coronado Adult Education Program in Coronado offers low cost classes for everyone! Currently going on-- Low Gravity Yoga on Mondays @ 6:30PM- 7:30PM. This class offers all yoga poses on the floor in a gentle manner, especially for people looking to reduce injury or weight on the body.

Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga on T & Th @ 6:30Pm-7:30PM A great blend of Hatha and Vinyase(victorious breath) of poses to renew the body & mind, offer flexibilty and toning. Both classes are held at 650 D Ave. Coronado, CA 92118 located on the second floor in Studio I and II. Call for more details and sign-up @ 619-522-8911 Instuctor, Cynthia Mendolia. Class cost only $34 for 6-week period. Sign-up now. Tree Yoga Classes will begin again in May 2010.

Yoga every Saturday morning 9am-10am at the Coronado Tidelands Park-Under the trees!
Fun-easy for all levels. We use the trees for shade and to do some yoga postures. Please bring a mat and feel free to bring a friend!
