Recruiting strategies to attract GEN Y

By 2025 Gen Y (Born between approximately 1978 and 1999) will account for three-quarters of the workforce and will outnumber Baby Boomers in the workplace by 2015. Let's discuss how do we attract the right GenY talent and get them to stay! We have some excellent articles and suggestions to share, but this will be a discussion, so please come with your suggestions and successes.

We have an awesome panel lined up to share best practices with you:

·  Alicia Brown, College Recruiter, Lowe’s Companies, Inc.

·  Jennifer Hall, Manager University Relations and Campus Programs, SPX Corporation

·  Jim McCormick, Talent Acquisition Recruiter, Ernst & Young LLP

·  Jessica Hensen, Corporate Recruiter, Red Ventures

We will start at 6:00 PM and be in room 606

Please print the parking pass and plan to park in the SECURE PARKING, INC. LOTS AT 319 & 422 E. 9TH STREETS These lots are located at the corner of 9th Street and North Brevard Street. To access 319 E. 9th Street from Brevard, take a right onto 9th Street; the entrance is past the Enterprise Rental Car building on the right. To access 422 E. 9th Street, take a left onto 9th Street; the entrance is just past the one story brick building on the right (this is a gravel lot).
