We started the first Yacht Yoga group and now we are starting Aroma Yoga. We wanted to find another place for our Yacht Yogis to practice in the winter months. Aveda at The Village Shopping center in Corte Madera is offering their space and we are launching an Aroma Yoga meet up group in the mornings on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00a.m.-10:00 a.m. At the meet up Aveda will also be gifting free spa extras, like mini facials, hand treatments, hair and scalp massage, and at every class you will have a chance to win free customized spray. At this meet up Diana Estey, a very special teacher in Marin, will lead the class in yoga poses for all levels, complimented with Aroma Chakra sprays. The purpose of the balancing aroma Chakra sprays allows for a deeper practice. Please join this morning community and feel the healing effects of working with the olfactory sense and movement.
