Anxiety Release Techniques

The vast majority of us react to anxiety fro the outside in. We reach for things outside of ourselves to cope with our aqnxiety. We reach for foodk drink, drugs, spending, relationships, drama, work. . .anything to quiet the mental chatter and torment of our fears. Reaching outside of ourselves simply does not work and as a result our body begins to feel the effects. We may describe vatious versions of panic attacks, complain of stomach upset, teeth grinding, sleepless nights, irritability and/or general fatigue to name a few. By using teh sic components of ART we learn how to rspond to our anxiety from the inside out. This a s totally different response and is very effective at helping us grow and trhive as a result of our anxiety instead of the alternative which is to become dis-empowered and in a state of dis-ease.

The six components of ART are:

1. Mind Training

2. Body

3. Awareness

4. Perspective

5. Action

6. Balance
