A fifty minute fitness session using every fun party line dance we know! You'll warm up learning moves and terminology, and then get 'er done! A nice stretching cool-down will leave you better than we found you. Theresa will lead the non-stop dancing for a nice aerobic calorie burn!
This is a drop in, have fun, no worries class. CDR Monthly pass members. All others can pay $8 at the door or $7 online. Wear light clothing and clean smooth soled shoes (not running/tennis/athletic shoes)
