MKH Consulting Overview:
MKH Consulting provides accounting, QuickBooks, and industry expertise. We come in and access the accounting needs of the company, setup the QuickBooks file to accommodate all needs of the company; or if the company is already on QuickBooks, we evaluate issues with the current setup and maintenance, and document what the issues are and how to correct them. Once the company is setup or cleaned up, we document the processes to maintain the file, and bring a bookkeeper to maintain it on a regular basis. Processes are setup and documented consistently across clients – all bookkeepers follow the same approach. We assist our clients in understanding the standard financial reports, and create custom reports as needed. If a bookkeeper is unavailable to cover their maintenance, another bookkeeper will step in to cover the work.
Our clients feel like we work with them, not for them. We typically become part of their team (like a part-time employee) and develop a long term, close business relationship with all the members of the company. QuickBooks is not the only accounting software that we support. Many of our clients have other frontend programs that interface electronically or manually with QuickBooks (payroll, POS, time tracking, job estimating). Some of our clients have industry specific accounting software that we are willing to learn and support.
All of our bookkeepers are experienced, background checked, and have been selected to work for us because of their conscientious, efficient, and attention-to-detail approach to bookkeeping. They are all committed to the success of the team.
