    Hi, We operate an incubator shared use kitchen in Farmingdale, LI. (Please visit: www.ATasteofLongIslandNY.com). We are exploring the viability of expanding our incubator kitchen facility rental program to include home brewers as well as aspiring nano-brewers who are ready to make the leap forward and start their own licensed nano-brewery with a managed start up program. Our kitchen program started 14 months ago and we've enjoyed great success launching many new food businesses. Although it's been a while since I had the time, I have been a home brewer in the past. As part of my business planning research I would like to ask members of this forum for their input on whether anyone would be interested in being a part of our business concept for themselves or others they may know who may be thinking about a managed brewery start up should the research indicate a viable business model.
