    Hi All,

Not to step on toes, especially if plans are in the works, but I'd love to see this happen. I've looked into some options and have some thoughts: A chartered bus and driver is a pretty pricey proposition, but it's manageable if we have committed attendance. We can also rent a smaller van and designate a driver. More cost effective, but limits the total number of seats substantially. I also looked into Boston Brew Tours, and they were much more expensive. But before we get hog wild on transportation, I was thinking of launching a doodle poll to see what day of the week is best for the majority, and from there, perhaps, a date we can commit to. Just throwing this out there.

    The Alchemist reopened?

Yeah if we had enough people we could rent a fancy short bus, then we'd have plenty of room for everyone's coolers/growlers.

Absolutely! Hill Farmstead is a winner. Any chance to swap Lawson's Finest for Alchemist? I realize the world is in love w/ Heady Topper but I just don't see it.

Another one to try in the area is Crop Brewery (name to be changed to something like idyltiyme). The two Crop beers I like best are Belgian Triple and Doubletyme. Crop is in Stowe, VT. BTW, the alchemist is still under construction.

Is there any interest in doing a road to VT Farmstead etc?

I would recommend going up on a Thursday and include the Warren Store for some Lawson's, get there at 10 am. It would also be your best chance to find some Heady Topper.

Is this intended to be a day trip to grab some beer and head back home? I'm all about driving long distances to pick up Heady Topper and Edward, but that's a long ride home after some serious tasting.

Agreed - perhaps it would be good to look into a bus/coach depending on how many people we have? Sounds fun though!
