WELCOME TO THIS CRAFT GROUP

WHO: We are a craft group whose members enjoy knitting, crochet, sewing and needlecrafts in all forms. Our members also enjoy many other interests so bring along whatever craft you are doing.

WHAT:
We are an active group and hold meetings at least twice a month. If members want to suggest craft meetings the site is set up do this. Meetings can be sit down making and chatting meetings or events like exhibitions, craft fairs and crawls (check out past meetings for examples). The majority of meetings will be open to all members but occasionally numbers will be limited due to, for instance, size of venue.
Bring along finished projects and/or works in progress or if you need help and advice members may be able to suggest a solution or suggest where you can find help.

WHEN:
Most making and chatting meetings will be in the evening (after work) on a weekday. These meetings will have a beginning time which will be the earliest time that is convenient for the organizer to be at the venue and will continue until the venue closes or the last person leaves. When you arrive and leave is entirely up to you so you don’t have to apologise for being late or leaving early. Other meetings, exhibitions, etc. will be date and time specific.
I will try to make sure that all meetings I post will have a date, time and venue. Meetings appear in date order and so if you post a meeting without a date it will be pushed further and further down the listing and lost or forgotten so if you want your meeting to go ahead include a date.

MEMBERSHIP FEES:
There are no fees to join this group or attend meetings, at present.

Please be aware that if you do not visit the site for 6 months or more then I will remove you from the group due to lack of interest.
