ADK- 46R's: Tabletop Mountain

There are 46 peaks over 4000 feet in the adirondaks and if you get them all, you get a patch

The nineteenth highest peak in the Adirondacks it is most likely one of the most massive. It is made up of three summits well over 2 km apart all of which are over 4000 feet in height. This is one of the trailless peaks and now most likely the easiest of them to reach.

This will be a approx 10.3 mile round trip hike. Possibility of crampons and snowshoes, but we will know more as the trip gets closer.

Planning on staying at Tmax and Topos Hostel. Cost will be $62.02 for a bunk style bed for Friday and Saturday night.

Paid staying at Tmax & Topos

Okay, I made a reservation for 5 at Keene Valley Hostel. It is $25 a night and they only take cash. We can drop in the basket up there when we leave. As far as carpooling I have John now and can do 2 more if we keep bags on small side. Ravee?

Are you headed on the trail at 8?

    November 21, 2013

    • Rob

Headed to the trail around 8. Sun goes down at 4:30 and last weekend there was 10 inches of snow on the mountain which could mean slow moving. We hiked out in headlamps last week due to starting too late.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
