In these monthly meetings you will learn new ways of maintaining sobriety through self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
We will explore five areas of the Self:
My Thoughtful Self (Cognitive)
My Emotion Self (Feelings)
My Physical Self (Body)
My Spiritual Self (Meaning and Purpose)
My Relational Self (Who I am with others)
We will also discover how to be more of a CONGRUENT SELF without needing substances or engaging in self-destructive behaviors.
A minimun of 10 registrants is required to hold each session, so please register for the upcoming session.
