April is time for the Cherry Blossoms! This will most likely be a very crowded morning with many people there to see and photograph the Cherry Blossoms. Typically this weekend is peak bloom for the blossoms. Join the group for a walk around the Tidal Basin photographing the Cherry Blossoms.
This is the same morning as the Credit Union Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run. Metro will open at 5am for the 10 mile run so Metro will be your best bet. If you drive you might want to be sure and get there early to get a parking spot. Watch out for street closures.
