2nd Annual Celebrate the Summer Solstice

We had a great time last year and I'm looking forward to a great time this year. I have planned this so that no vehicles are required. We will be walking and using the Metro to get around. If you want to have a car to get around that is fine. Just remember Saturday nights can be very difficult to find parking as we found last year. The Metro runs until 3am Saturday morning and then starts again at 7am just after we finish.

We will start at the Sylva Stage, just south of the Washington Monument. For those that will be joining us for the first time and want a quick seminar on Night and Low Light Photography I will be at the stage at 6:30pm. I will be more than happy to help with any questions that you might have.

Itinerary for the night - all times are approximations we will see how it goes through the night. Link to route map: http://goo.gl/maps/ipUd

Sounds like fun and I'd like to attend, but I won't be able to meet up with you guys until after 12 midnight. Is your itinerary pretty much accurate? I just don't want to walk around alone in the dark looking for you.
