B&H After Event, Event

Vincent will be presenting "Photography as a Social Event" at the B&H Event Space from 1pm to 3pm on November 1st in New York City. In keeping with the subject of the talk, he wil be hosting a Meetup.

We can head somewhere to get a bite to eat (Can anyone suggest a place?) near B&H and then head out to make some photos (Can anyone suggest some locations?).

A nearly full moon will be rising at 7:46pm. Let's make sure we are somewhere that we can get some nice images of the full moon!

B&h is very near Penn Station blots of cheap buses from DC drop off in this area. Area immediately surrounding b&h not very picturesque. However, photo opps not too far from b&h include the observatories of the Empire State Building. Open at night. Cons: expensive entrance fee and no tripods (but lots of ledges).
