Photoshop users get together

There are several members who use Photoshop to create or enhance their work and this is an opportunity for the Photoshop users to get to together and share ideas and learning’s.  I would be interested in hearing about what plugins people use and other resources that are available.  Also of interest is Adobe’s move to have Photoshop be subscription based.

My husband won't be attending, but he will be dropping me off and picking me up so maybe I can get him to come inside to meet people.

I stopped upgrading Photoshop at CS3, and decided to try a year of Creative Cloud at the reduced rate because I qualified. I see this as my opportunity to learn Illustrator and to try some of the other applications that come with the subscription. I doubt I will pay 50 dollars a month after the year is out, but I might selectively subscribe for one month at a time on occasion.

If people would like to bring their laptops that would be great. The intent was for us to get together to talk Photoshop.

Are those of us who have Photoshop on laptops bringing the laptops to the Meetup? I think it would make sharing much easier if at least some of us had Photoshop at the Meetup.

I'm only a beginner at Gimp, but sitting in, I'm sure to benefit by those more familiar with photo manipulation .

This is geared more towards those who use Photoshop CS or Photoshop CC. However anyone is welcome to join us.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
