These drop off times are more convenient so I would like to display some mosaic pieces. There are 3. Can I still participate?

    April 29, 2014

    • Lynn Cheng V.

Sure. There are still 2 empty display cases.

I'd love to display as well. When would we need to be there with our pieces? I hope it will be after the 4/26 show/sale.

In response to Mike Shelly's comment below: Art inspired by/for the 350th sounds excellent. NJ has amazing history and it will be a challenge to be creative about expressing it. :-)

Yes, I can display at Hamilton Library. Put me down for Lawrence Library too, please. Thanks.

By the way - The NJ 350 themes are "Innovation, Diversity, Liberty"

2014 is NJs 350th celebration. The website is www.officialnj350.org we could do art inspired by these themes and get the exhibit listed on the 350th calendar of events.

Good idea. But there are only 3 rectangle cases and 1 round case.
    Do you have any suggestion?

I'm interested in exhibiting. There's time to make something specific for this exhibit. Is there a theme or subject area that we are going for? Or perhaps something that would be of special interest or appeal to visitors?

Yes. The cases are closed on all sides. There are 3 rectangle cases ( 60 L x 20 W x 9 D) with height is about 9'' and 1 round case 48 L x 28 Diameter I'll bring some photos @ next meeting. (One picture is worthy than 1000 words!)

Thank you, Lynn, pictures will be helpful.

Are the cases closed on all sides? I don't understand the measurements of the cases; there is no height measurement...? How tall can the piece(s) be?

  • Ronald A. L.

I would like to display at the Hamilton Library, May 1, 2014. How many pieces can each person show?
