I noticed I didn't finish our speaker Deborah Jordy's organization. She is the executive director of the Colorado Business Community of the Arts. Their mission reads: "CBCA is a business membership organization of over 150 leading companies with 73,000 employees that believe the arts mean business...." Check them out at www.cbca.org.

Terrific! Really! This was my first ever CC event. Thanks David Veal and to Steve Stone and anyone else involved in organizing. Thanks to all the vendors who I am definitely putting on my local list of contacts for creative stuff I need. I echo all of the suggestions Linda Wilson made. This event helped me get to know quite a few people - as a graphic designer and artist and a person interested in publishing, it helped me make some great connections already.

Fabulous event and I made so many connections. I am always on the lookout for good resources and referrals for my web clients. The room was abuzz with all that creative energy! Thanks to all who organized this and the participants. Superb!

OUTSTANDING event! Hundreds of great contacts. Thanks to all who participated and helped. This will be hard to top for next year! Did I mention the speakers were great also.

Great connections and the many booths offered local services of good value.

I am a visual artist, specifically a sculptor. As most creative group meeting that I have attended over the past few months nearly all of them have been graphic/web design dominated. Understanding full well the culture we are living in, and glad to see networking groups for them, I was hoping to see other visual artists operating in the business sector. This is something that I am working intensely on at the moment and would have really enjoyed meeting more fabricators, industrial designers, landscape architects etc... Kudos on your attempt, however, and I hope it was more successful for those who work in the virtual world.

A great mix of people and talent. Loved it!!

I did like the format. But one suggestion that I would appreciate would be to have the tables numbered with a list/map letting me know who is attending and where they are located. Also, it might be nice to have some sort of "round tables" for a more one on one question and answer time. Over all it was nice and worth my time. Every year it will get better. Thank you!

I thought it was great! It was busy right from the start and there was a very consistent flow of people the entire event. The one thing I would add would be a bag to put things from the vendors, and for people to carry. We could get a sponsor to pay and put their logo on the bag (I heard this idea from several visitors). As a vendor, I would have loved to have a set of business cards and items from all the vendors, as I didn't have a chance to meet with and talk to all of them. But this was fabulous! I'll be first in line for a table for next year!

I am an interior designer. I only found one booth that was applicable to my business. But, that alone was worth it.
  • Laurie Shields
Lots of great booths but really tight space.

Very nice job organizing 2010 Trade Show. I'm sure there was much to learn in how to do it better next year. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and meeting old friends like Kevin Shand from the Colorado Film Commission and Mike O'Neil from Integrated Alliance. Cheers, Gene Fourney InteractiveWest www.interactivewest.com
