Lets get cooking | Theme: French

I've heard that France is beautiful in the spring so.... lets get cooking some French cuisine! 

How it works:

1. Create your best representation of this month's theme - use your favorite recipe, invent something amazing, or find a delectable recipe online. 3. Print enough copies of your recipe for everyone to take one home. 4. Show up with your amazing dish, recipes and whatever drink you would like to consume or share. 5. Eat, drink, talk, laugh. 6. Leave with some leftovers, new recipes and new friends.

    My wife, the rabbit, and I may be ~30 min. late but we will be there. I'll also bring the remainder of the wine used in braising the rabbit, and possibly another bottle of red.

    I think I will bring some sort of rabbit dish... possibly Lapin a la Moutarde (Rabbit with mustard). Heading to the store later today to see if I can find the ingredients... otherwise will need to revisit.

    We are back from 3 weeks circuit to Istanbul, Paris & Lyon...Thanks for enabling us to join on this new date. Who is up for real gourmet...Cervelle d'agneau, langue de boeuf, cuisses de grenouille , or escargots ?...OK, I got it, I'll bring home made (traditional) Quiche lorraine!
