This group is for anyone who is interested in outdoor fitness. I love doing crossfit at my local "box" but sometimes it's nice to get outside and get creative. I like to utilize nature and the outdoors to inspire creative natural forms of training. Whether it's hanging rings from a tree too play around, running stairs or hills in the river valley, coming up with unique ideas for circuits or maybe throwing weights around. I'm looking for young energetic, enthusiastic people like myself to have fun with and inspire new ideas, training methods, nutritional advice as well as friendship.
