What are you looking for from a group like this?

New friends to create and socialize with for a few hours a week, or month.

What is your availability for getting together, i.e., evenings from 6:00 to 9:30 or Saturday afternoon from 1:00 to 5:00, or Saturday mornings from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM with lunch delivered, etc...?etc.?

All of the above but would love to get together at least once a week even if with different people each week.

Members ususally bring their own material and craft with each other. Some members will bring a project and ask for help. Please let us know what you like to do and if you are interested in learning something new?

I'm ok with bringing my own material to a meeting or having someone bring a project for me to create. I would prefer to spend around $5.00 to $25.00 to start with. If I am spending more I would like to know more about the person and the project before I commit the money.

Love creating stuff. Love sharing my talents with others. Love making money from selling but I hate selling.... Creating by myself is ok but it's more fun to create with others, even if we are working on different projects. I have space to create.

What Joanne P. is saying about this Meetup Group

Everyone is extremely friendly, generous and fun! Everyone appears to love to share ideas and their talents. Ernestine is working on her 1st granny square blanket and it is really still a square. Great job Ernestine! Benita is making a crochet cowl! Great job Benita! Wenice uses her jewelry making for therapy. I wish I could be like her! I have to finish my jewelry and move on..... You should see her creative efforts. Patti showed us how to layer paper to make and "Iris" card. Patti, really nice. Marlene is a painter but she also dabbles in Jewelry making... You should see some of here easy but great looking works. Alex the youngest one of us is usually in awe of what we can do with paper. She likes using quotes in her work. It's nice to see a young adult enjoy crafting with slightly older adults (ha ha) Many more creative projects to come!
