Welcome writers. Come and hone your skills with educator and graduating MFA writer Nathan Schreiber. Workshops will be held on consecutive Saturdays starting October 13th (except Veterans Weekend) and will run for 5 weeks. Nathan has studied under screenwriter Ross Klavan ("Tigerland"), author and professor Kaylie Jones (THE SOLDIER'S DAUGHTER NEVER CRIES, LONG ISLAND NOIR (editor)), and other gifted authors. He is holding these workshops to share his knowledge with other writers. Beginning writers and wise pens are all welcome. These workshops will focus on Character (revealing and showing), Pacing, Plot, Tension, Profluence, POV, Revision, Presenting your work, Pitching, and more. Though revision will deal with short pieces or selections, all creative non-fiction, fiction, and screenwriting welcome. Come out and strengthen your writing. Write to keep the reader turning the pages. Hold their interest and make them care about your story.
