Open to the teachings of the Native American medicine wheel - express the energies of the directions and the elements through a creative project each month! 

Move through 2012 with the support of a loving and nurturing community.

In our circle gatherings we will listen from the heart, speak from the heart and create from the heart, using a playful, experiential approach to gaining deeper insight. We will interact with one another from a place of authenticity and integrity, respecting the confidentiality of our circle. We will work with the energies of the natural world and open to the wisdom of the Earth as we journey together.

Weaving together the threads of meditation, creativity and nature-based spirituality, we strengthen our core and open our minds, hearts, and bellies to new awareness and insight. 

Expect to use guided meditation, non-dominant writing, collage, finger paints, clay, refrigerator magnet letters, music, voice dialogue, and other fun stuff when we gather!

We will be using the map of the Native American medicine wheel, and the Toltec map of the seasons, directions and elements to create the container for our circle, and our work/play together. We will explore the notion of becoming tuning devices for the wisdom of the Earth, and the "more-than-human world" to express through us. We will invite a flow of creativity to move through us as well.  Let's have some fun together!
