JOIN US for FUN FREE Workouts once a week on MONDAYS. Classes start at 7 pm in a group setting hosted by Independent Team Beachbody Coach Angie. Get fit, reach your goals, feel better about yourself and be part of a growing a community of like-minded people committed to having fun, creating new friendships, and living a healthy fulfilling lifestyle. Beachbody Workouts (ie. Hip Hop Abs, INSANITY, Brazil Butt Lift, etc.) will generally run between 40-60 minutes.Get first hand experience with the Team Beachbody home fitness solutions you have seen on TV like P90X, INSANITY, Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, Combat, Power 90, 10 Minute Trainer, Rev Abs, all for FREE.Make sure to come a few minutes EARLY before 7 pm to REGISTER and reserve your spot.
Bring the following:
-plenty of WATER,
-a MAT, I will keep you updated on specific workouts' needs.
-a positive encouraging attitude, and
- wear a good pair of sneakers!
All fitness levels are welcome because all moves can be modified in form or speed to meet your needs. You will all have input into choosing the workout for the following week, and the goal is to stay engaged with each other between sessions as well.
