CrossFit workouts are different than anything you have ever done. We guarantee. We use Plyoboxes, Elite Rings, Rowing Machines, Training Bars, Medicine Balls, Pull Up Bars, Kettlebells... I could go on and on. The workouts are fast paced, short and effective.
We offer Bootcamps Mon/Wed 5:45pm-6:45 and Tue/Thur 5:45-6:45 and every Saturday.. Beginner 9:45am and Experienced 8:45am. FIRST VISIT IS FREE~ After that, it's only $20.
We also offer Daily Workouts of the Day (WOD) and Personal Training.
