I want to start this group to let every one know about CrossFit. CrossFit has changed the way I viewed fitness. I have worked out since I was 20 years old and once I tried CrossFit I never went back. It is the best bang for you buck! It incoorporates so many aspects of fitness including strength, flexibility, speed, coordination, stamina, balance, acuracy, agility, power, cardiovascular and respitory endurance. Does your fitness class do all that? So if you are tried of going to the gym and never seeing results, you need to try CrossFit.
