Exploring Organizational Culture — Let's get together to create awareness and share experiences of influencing the culture of organizations: "What we do around here to be successful". Who and How do we want to be? We want organisations where work is play, where people are fully present, valued as human beings, where motivation comes from autonomy, mastery and purpose rather than carrots and sticks. According to Richard Stallman, "Hacking means exploring the limits of what is possible, in a spirit of playful cleverness." Let's hack our culture!
