This is a 2 hour class that focuses on endurance training. So many times you will be pedaling relatively easy and developing your endurance muscles while making new friends and talking to existing friends.
We have also introduced core training as this is often overlooked by cyclists. In addition to giving you a rock solid core and 6 pack abs, this type of workout can improve your cycling in all aspects.
As with all of our classes, you can join in at any level and work at the intensity that you want as we all finish at the same time and no one is ever left behind :)
Be sure to bring:
• your bike
• your trainer (a front tire block and a rubber matt is a good idea)
• 2 water bottles filled with your favorite rehydration liquid
• a towel
• a great attitude and be prepared to have fun while getting/staying fit!
