Following huge success of the 2012 and 2013 trips to Poland I have booked another weekend at the magical Osada Karbowko.

As places for this event sell out quickly, please make sure you book yours now! You can RSVP when you get the message, but I will remove you from the event if I don't receive the non refundable deposit of 100 (+paypal fees) within a week.

The early bird special price for this event is £270. It will only apply if you pay the price in full by the end of January.

In February the price will increase to £290 and if you pay in April it will increase to £330.

For instructions on how to pay the full balance, please follow the link: http://www.adventureclub.biz/pages/Bank_account/

The final payments: have to be in my account two weeks before the trip the latest. Please put this date in your diary now as no reminders will be sent and if you have not paid by then you will be removed from the trip and your deposit will not be refunded. Bank account details to pay the balance can be found here: http://www.meetup.com/Curious-Kat-Adventure-Club/pages/Bank_account/. Please make sure you account for the paypal fees in your calculations (so the £3.80 on top of £100 deposit should not be deducted from the reminder of the payment)

I have detailed below what is included in the price.

One thing for sure -it will be an adventure packed weekend!

Cancellations:

Please note that unless the trip is cancelled the payments are non-refundable as the costs need to be paid in advance. However you may be able to sell your place to your friends or other group members if you follow this procedure;http://www.meetup.com/Curious-Kat-Adventure-Club/pages/What_to_do_if_you_can_no_longer_attend_an_event/.

Contact:

Please note that in order to keep the costs low, the trips are set up in such a way that they can be fully managed online. The descriptions are very detailed and try to answer all your questions and you will find additional information in pages section of the website. Please only email us if your query is not answered in the event's description and please only call us in case of emergency. I'm afraid we will not be able to get back to you if your query is answered above as with over 60 events coming almost 4,000 members and current volume of emails, this would require hiring admin support and setting up a call centre, which as you can imagine would increase the costs of the events considerably. Please help us provide excellent trips at fantastic value for you and keep your emails to the minimum. Please make sure you read the event's description before contacting us.

Hi All, If you have any questions, could you please contact me directly on [masked] rather than post comments here? The latter results in spamming everyone's in boxes with lots of messages they don't need and I have had complaints about it previously.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
