Seafood Mixed Grill - dining adventure

Please join me for a dining adventure at Fish & Grill in Putney.

Malcolm John’s Putney venture looks set to be a complete winner. Diners make their way past a glistening array of seafood laid out on an icy counter, before arriving at the restaurant proper where dark wood & leather, coupled with plenty of daylight & space, make for a very attractive proposition.

The Fish and Grill Putney attracts seafood lovers from all over London to its premises on the Putney Bridge Road. Simple and delicious, the food here is some of the best in the capital and the staff source their fresh fish and shellfish from the south coast and Cornwall.

We will have a sea food mixed grill platter to share and it includes :  moules, prawns, sea bream, red mullet, squid. If you would like to order drinks you will have to pay extra. We will be paying a discounted price of £10.25 for this amazing grill platter that at a full value would cost us £16 per person.

However please note that we will be required to pay a discretionary service charge on the full value of the meal.

The restaurant combines creative lighting, modern prints and wooden tables with no tablecloths, high back seats and leather banquettes which all create a contemporary yet cosy atmosphere.

The fresh fish bar/counter showcasing a selection of fish and shell fish greets customers to the restaurant.

“Best Grilled Crab i've ever had!”

5 of 5 starsReviewed 25 January 2012

I went to Fish & Grill in Putney in the first week of January this year with a group of old friends to celebrate the beginning of 2012. Everyone was so pleased with their dishes that we've decided to make our visits a regular occurrence! I'm a huge

seafood lover, so to say the grilled crab was the best i've ever had is a huge deal! Really really enjoyed the food, and a fairly decent pricing too! Visited January 201

This is mine and my partners new fave restaurant! We are here at least once a month because the crab and lobster are to die for. It is slightly on the pricey side. A decent bottle of plonk, starters and mains of lobster/ crab amount to just over a oner, but, it is completely worth the price. We love it here. Good decor, music policy is jazzy and relaxing plus the are down the road from a lovely little cocktail bar. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up! Visited December 2011
