Welcome to the group! I haven't cooked any dish with clay pot yet but it sounds a greet idea to enhance the menu. I came from the Middle of Vietnam and clay pot is not common in my region. I will try to bring catfish in clay pot to class soon because this dish is rather well-known in Mekong delta :)

Our studio workshops are structured to actually teach members about lighting and photography rather than just putting up some lights and letting photographers snap away.
