    Curious question:

Many IT Services Consulting industry has a v specific defined role called SDM = Service Delivery manager for about the past 8-10 years.
-- this role has been described as account & client specific and represents the "voice of the client" within both client and vendor organization; and works "in parallel" with Account Executive etc
-- does this sound a lot like Cx Manager role?
-- And if not what are the differences - as SDM is defined with process & governance & standardization for past many years (like PMP or ISO etc)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
